Embla uses only the cookies it needs to work — to keep you signed in and to carry you safely through a secure link. We don't use analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies, so there's no consent banner to click through.

The cookies we set

Authentication— keeps a signed-in staff member's session secure (set by our authentication provider).
Client session — keeps a client signed in after they open a secure magic link.
Questionnaire session — lets a client return to their part-completed enquiry.
Re-link — carries a client safely across a redirect if a link needs to be re-issued.

These are all strictly necessary for the service to function. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), strictly-necessary cookies don't require consent.

Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but Embla won't work properly without the cookies above — you may not be able to sign in or stay signed in.
